Our menu opens once a week with a limited number of fresh, small-batch loaves.
Step Two: Pick Up Locally
Choose your pick-up location at checkout, wait impatiently for the day to arrive, and show-up to claim the bag with your name on it!
Step Three: Enjoy (and come back next week)

I’m the baker behind Sunflower State Sourdough Co. — a Kansas-based microbakery rooted in traditional methods, simple ingredients, and intentional baking.
What started as a love for sourdough grew into weekly bread drops, bread education, and resources for other bakers building something of their own.
