
Fresh Sourdough, Baked Weekly
Sunflower State Sourdough Co. releases fresh sourdough through weekly bread drops and local market pop-ups throughout Northeast Kansas.
Because everything is baked in small batches, availability is limited — once it’s gone, it’s gone (until next week).
How bread drops work
1: The menu opens once a week
Each drop includes a rotating menu of sourdough loaves, sandwich bread, focaccia, and occasional extras.
2: You preorder on hotplate
All orders are placed through Hotplate, our online ordering platform. This is where you’ll see the full menu, pickup locations, and available time slots.
3: You pick up locally
Pick up date, times and locations are listed in the drop description on Hotplate.
